The Challenge
This bathroom hadn’t been updated since it was built. After Alex’s parents passed away, it was time to tidy up the property before putting it on the market.
Beige tiles on both the walls and floor made the space feel dark and dated, which Alex knew buyers see as a hard thing to fix.
You can see the vanity, mirror and shower screen are being replaced in this project, but since the tiles are simply dated, this work created an affordable fresh look compared to a time consuming, noisy experience.

For units or shared walls, we always advise owners to let Strata know in advance. Our spray coatings are fully controlled and vented through the nearest window to minimise fumes, but a mild smell is normal on spray days.
